Uploads? no. It is pretty much a guarantee that a file uploaded will
contains changes if uploaded a second time.

The MISS is about the reply which is generated in response to the
upload. That cannot be cached either, being specific information about
the file uploaded.
  Normally the response should be a 3xx reply directing the users
browser to display some page elsewhere. That other page can be cached.
