myport matches against the local-end port number out of TCP (only
reliable on regular forward traffic).

myportname matches against a static text tag value for the http_port in
the config file.

NP: "myport" is being renamed to "localport" in the most recent
releases. Since it has very little to do with the actual configured
squid port on most traffic types.
