[squid-users] Squid Crashes

Hi Guys,
We are using squid (Squid Cache: Version 2.6.STABLE17) with
dansguardian, I have a weird issue: squid is crashing and it's giving
me this (but not sure wether these are logs due to errors or due to
restaring squid because every time it fails i rush to restart it as it
was a production server):
 FATAL: Cannot open HTTP Port
Squid Cache (Version 2.6.STABLE17): Terminated abnormally.
CPU Usage: 0.000 seconds = 0.000 user + 0.000 sys

Page faults with physical i/o: 0
Memory usage for squid via mallinfo():
        total space in arena: 2391 KB
        Ordinary blocks: 2314 KB 2 blks
        Small blocks: 0 KB 1 blks
        Holding blocks: 1364 KB 3 blks
        Free Small blocks: 0 KB
        Free Ordinary blocks: 77 KB
        Total in use: 3678 KB 98%
        Total free: 77 KB 2%

is it an issue with lack of RAM?
