Maybe I misconfigured squid but delay_pool simply doesn't want to work.
I tried with tc (traffic control) no problem, but with delay_pool the bandwidth increase more than 40 mbits

I put this in squid.conf

delay_pools 1
delay_class 1 1

delay_access 1 allow all
delay_parameters 1 10000000/10000000

Tell me if i miss something, if not i will open a bug
