 No, there is only that libssl-dev dependency.

 We are having some issues sorting out openssl-1.0.0 changes vs Squid
 code. It is likely you hit these.

 AFAIK, the 3.1.15 daily update bundle (NOT the release package) is
 expected to build crtd okay on most OS except MacOS.
