 The URL is the internal squid URL for the cache index digest. A binary
 hashed representation of all URLs cached by "proxy.mydomain:3128". Yours
 sent back a 450KB digest in 9ms.

 The request is sent by a peer seeking to identify which requests yours
 will be able to service for it. Usually a sibling Squid.
