That is not an answerable question with the information given.

Squid optimizes HTTP, but in ways which seed tests generally go out of
their way to avoid in order to detect true line speed. The nature of
what and how the tests are measuring often make them measure the speed
reduction Squid imposes for processing, without allowing the bandwidth
optimizations a chance to happen. So you get a worst-case view of what
Squid can do.
