Not sure what to make of it: I was compiling squid with "make -j 2" for the first times yesterday, for both squid-3.2.0.16 and squid-3.2.0.16-20120308-r11536, when it succeeded with the former and failed with the latter.

Today, the first "make -j 2" with a fresh squid-3.2.0.16-20120308-r11536 failed at the same spot. A "make" without "make clean" failed immediately with the same errors.

Starting with another fresh squid-3.2.0.16-20120308-r11536, and removing that #include <StatCounters.h>, it compiled fine with "make". Restoring #include <StatCounters.h>, it compiled fine again after "make clean" and "make".

Starting with a third fresh copy of squid-3.2.0.16-20120308-r11536, it finished fine with "make -j 2".

These results don't make show any pattern as to why contributed to the initial failures.
