[squid-users] url_regex don't work

hello dear
i installed squid few time
by zip package or by yum command
but url_regex don't work for me to block file or content
i use this acl for block all site that start with http://www for test
but this acl do not work
acl net url_regex -i ^http://www
http_access deny net

can you help me ?

squid 3.1
centos 6.2
