3.2.0.18 is available now. Please update to building that.

Also, Squid-3.2 officially only supports G++ with version 4.x or later
(and only well tested on GCC-4.2 up). This is due to compiler support
for features like these static definitions, C++11 support and atomic
operations. I cannot accept this patch since it removes code required
for compiling on all the more recent or stricter compilers.

On the plus side, cross-compiling now apparently works fine. So you are
not limited to building on the same old system as Squid will be running.
