[squid-users] squid 3.2.0.16+ not honoring hierarchy proxy settings on intercept and tproxy mode

i have filed a bug: http://bugs.squid-cache.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3589

and attached the draft on the bug from a month ago.

while working with hierarchy of proxies on squid 3.1.19 was fine but on
3.2.0.16+ im having some problems.
