When a user begins a torrent download they fetch a file with extension
type ".torrent". Once they have those details the rest of the torrent is
not trackable through Squid, which is an HTTP proxy not a Torrent proxy.

The complaint has not supplied the .torrent filename being used to
spread the content. It is being left up to you to figure out what they
are talking about and how that relates to any traffic you have.

The one URL they do provide (http://exodus.desync.com:6969/announce) is
the home page for a torrent tracker site, unrelated to the content itself.
