Yes. Notice how the SslBump wiki page lists Squid version 3.1 as the
minimum required. Use squid-3.2 for better behaviour.

The squid-3.HEAD development version is required for proper HTTPS
interception behaviour. The stable versions only do CONNECT request
bumping cleanly.
