Well yes. The peer traffic should not be leaving the proxy box.
Also,
* squid-2.7 is now suprceeded by squid-3.2. Please upgrade or present
the reason(s) why you are staying with an outdated 2.7.
* Lusca is a commercial fork of 2.7 with some major code differences.
Please bring up problems with the Lusca support, we do not support it here.
