[squid-users] Error using tcp_outgoing_mark

Hi.. the new squid 3.3 has a new feature called tcp_outgoing_mark. i tried
this feature but not works. cache.log said this "ERROR: 'tcp_outgoing_mark'
requires Packet MARK (Linux)". anybody could help me explain what this
error means?
