Frankly speaking, as you are willing to pay for a license of "videocache",
you should also try to get help from over there, how to use their product.

As an alternative, you might ask for payed consultation regarding
installation of that stuff. Or for payed consultation to setup a squid based
video caching. Just my few cents.
