Did you edit this one in squid.conf on cacheA ?
debug_options ALL,5 33,2 28,9

It will evaluate the ACLs and the forwarding decision, printed in cache.log.
stop squidA, delete cache.log, start squidA, go to youtube.com and request
one video.
stop squidA again.

Did you look at it ?
