The wiki is pretty much the exact config I'm happily using on my own
network portal sites.
Quite a few others also seem to be happily using it as well.
I'm afraid you are stuck by yourself with experimenting and see what you
can figure out is happening, any clues ir such. As I've already
suggested all the things which usually result in this problem and none
of them seem to be affecting you. Sorry.
