Sorry - RAID10 decreases the performance, and RAID5 too. A cache doesn't
need the redundancy options of RAID.
A simple "jbod" configuration (or 1 fast disk, especially an SSD) should
do the job.

By the way: the squid cache is a short time buffer, no archive.
