All HTTPS headers are encrypted. Squid has absolutely no access to those
HTTPS details unless you are using SSL-bump to decrypt and re-encrypt
the traffic.

You might expect the CONNECT request headers to be manipulable, but they
are not due to code design problems inside Squid.
