Depends on whether you realy want to cache the worst possible user video
experience and send that to all your clients? Seems to be a bit counter
productive.
The answer to your question lies in the HTTP headers used for the
streaming request and response. If you have some examples, please let us
see them. If you do not have any examples, then why bother asking?
