What does these streams are?
in a http level a stream can be cached unless it's an *unranged* stream
which is like a one way stream with no end.. or with 100 continue parts
that has no actual limit in the request.
If you do have some access.log for an example and a link for this kind
of source we might be able to tell you if it's cachable.
