thanks a lot.
and then i found another error occurred:
WARNING: unparseable HTTP header field {share memory not exist, need create
new share memory!}

is there something wrong with cache_dir or cache_mem?
total memory of the server is 2G
part of squid.conf as the following:
cache_mem 512 MB
workers 3
cache_dir rock /cache 10240 max-size=32768
if ${process_number}=1
cache_dir aufs /cache1 10240 16 256 min-size=32769
endif
if ${process_number}=2
cache_dir aufs /cache2 10240 16 256 min-size=32769
endif
if ${process_number}=3
cache_dir aufs /cache3 10240 16 256 min-size=32769
endif
