hi all ,

nice to tell you that i found the solution of this problem

my problem was when i want to shutdown squid ,

i repeat squid -k shutdown many times !!!

thats why a conflict occurs when i start squid let it get down !!

agian ,

the solution , is , if i want to restart squid
i have to put
squid -k shutdown
then wait some time about 60 sec

then strart it agian with :

squid

with steps above , no hanging again
