Okay yes there is traffic going between Squid and the Android.

Where the trace cuts in we get the tail end of a 121KB data exchange
which runs slowely throug the entire time of the trace.

Then 4 very short ones, around 1200-1300 bytes each delivered to Squid
followed by a FIN abort from the Android within between 0.1 - 1.0
seconds before anything comes back from Squid.

Followed by another connection setup with a 1231 byte request from
Android to Squid which results in over 121KB of response by the end of
the trace and continuing after it ends.

All in all it looks like Android and Squid are exchanging traffic. So
what is "wont work" ?
