After quite some time I had the chance and joy to release the RPM of the
squid.head branch(squid-3.HEAD-20140127-r13248).
It should work just out of the box but I have not tested it myself yet.

Unlike the RPM release of the official branch there is no need to write
a prologue on squid while assuming the guy that is installing it is
installing it on a test environment.

Note that there are changes in the SRPM to show that it is a head
release rather then an official one.
