I'm using Squid 2.7 Stable3 into virtual machine over Vmware ESXi 5.1 and it
works fine (n. 2 vCPU AMD Opteron 6174 + 3 GB ram)
Few days ago I exported my
VM into OVF file and I imported it into another host server, HP Proliant ML350
G5, with the same ESXi version.
New machine has n. 4 vCPU Xeon E5420 + 3 GB
ram!

I can see load average is increasing too much (from 10 to over 100) and
navigation web is almost impossible but I can see by disabling
'url_rewrite_program /usr/lib/squid/jesred' in squid.conf, it works fine!

can
you help me to find problem please? Suggestions
