[squid-users] How to build ext_session_acl ?

Trying to build external helper ext_session_acl.cc in
squid-3.4.5-20140603-r13143.
Even with defaults a lot of helpers are built after ./configure, but this
one not.
(I do not want ext_sql_session_acl, which is successfully built.)
