If the bug is present in Squid trunk (bootstrapped and built on the same
host as the feature branch, _not_ the already bootstrapped tarball you
can download from Squid site!), you should follow the official bug
reporting route.

If the bug is specific to the feature branch, please feel free to email
a bug report to me, but do not count on a response (or a fix).

In your particular case, please check that you are ./configuring
--with-opensssl.
