[squid-users] squid head RPM for the request.

I got a request for squid HEAD RPMs privately and I now it's public.

I do hope to release 3.4.6 in the next week but since I have been
walking over the bugs at the bugzilla it takes time to understand what
will affect the new release and what will not.

I do consider to release only 3.4.7 due to couple issues.
