Currently needs a lot of work
Squid internals need reworking before COSS can really shine

My commloops branch work
Rework the internal APIs to be more flexible
Remove the need to do lots of copying/buffering inside squid
Today's OSes are flexible enough to do this for us
Simplify the squid internals - too long-winded to fit in a slide
