coredumps due to a silly cache_swap_log setting

Hi,

My new cache machine was working fine until it crashed when almost done
reloading the swap log. I couldn't find out what it was; gdb with
'bt' was a no go since the stack frames were screwed.

The problem?

cache_swap_log /usr/local/squid/logs/cache.log

Really nasty. Hope no one makes that typo! On the other hand, is
checking for that worth it?
