Well.. you have to be very sure there. Microsoft-IIS/3.0 is not a
guarantee that the URL-path is case-insensitive. There may be a module
(or whatever they call it) installed that handles the URL and not a
normal filesystem. Not that this is widely used but it is a possibility.

It is also remotely possible that a cgi-bin, asp or similar "program" is
sensitive, even thought the server in general is not.
