user level ACL

Subject: user level ACL

There is anyexisting or demi-developed solution to make user level ACL?

I mean: squid spawn an external program to authenticate the user, and
after that it uses my predefined acl to this user (eg. szerbt can download
a .pdf, others not. nota bene acl src isn't good because there are DHCP
and dialups...)

Any idea? Or anyone wants to make patch for this? Any conceptual thing?
