My vote would be to change Squid to dynamically reallocate the file map
based on how it is being used.

* Grow it is the usage precentage is above a certain threshold
* On cache rebuild, grow it if needed to fit the objects being rebuilt.

There is no reason to why the size should need to be fixed.
