Well, I've implemented it in the modio branch. Its evil and hackish
(i don't knwo whether I can update htt->out.offset but since I don't
believe I can, I'm tracking the buffer offset and adding that to it
when calling storeClientCopy).

I think its right. I'll be able to debug it more once I've modified
some more of the code in modio.
