squid-2.4 and diskd

hi,

This is going to sound a little weird, but if squid is configured
with a libexecdir in a *different* place, diskd breaks as its
configured path is SQUID_PREFIX "/libexec/squid/diskd" .

Now, what should happen here? I was thinking about a path config
option like exists for unlinkd/pinger, with a default set to
LIBEXECDIR/diskd .

What do people think?
