the squid-3 faqomatic is open!

Hi guys,

I've managed to get the faqomatic software running.
Thanks to Henrik for helping me being lazy. :-)

You'll find it at http://www.squid-cache.org/~fom/fom.cgi .
I've put a couple of things down to start things off.
Hopefully we'll get together enough to move forward.

Feel free to point out anything I've missed.
