Squid 2.3 Stable 5 download problem

Trying to download the Squid 2.3 Stable 5 tar file, i got the following error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access
/Versions/v2/2.3/squid-2.3.STABLE5-src.tar.gz on this server.

Apache/1.3.3 Server at www.squid-cache.org Port 80
