I got success now using squid-2.5-devel with IPv6, too.
Congratulations to the developers!
My self-solved problems:
1) storeio "coss" looks like cannot be compiled -> removed from
configure (input was from RHL 7.2 2.4 spec)
2) Binding addresses for WCCP must be changed from
"0.0.0.0" to "::".
