Internal error. For some unknown reason the store client is out of synch with
itself.

Is this Squid version patched in any manner, or is it a plain
Squid-2.5.DEVEL/CVS version?

What were you doing at the time of crash?

Also, it would help a lot if you could get a stack trace of the crash.
