Puzzled at storeSwapOutAble. :-(

Hi, pals!

I am puzzled at storeSwapOutAble. In this function,
there are statements like this,

    if (e->mem_obj->swapout.sio != NULL)
        return 1;
    if (e->mem_obj->inmem_lo > 0)
        return 0;

I do not understand why should we check swapout.sio and
inmem_lo?

Can you give me a simple explanation?
