I am well aware of the NTLMv2 use guidelines and the reasons on why one
should use NTLMv2 only in a NT network, and is why I looked into NTLMv2 for
Squid.

My first step when I get the time to look at NTLMv2 again is to write down
some docu for NTLMv2 and NTLMSSP.. unfortunately time has passed so a lot
that I had in my head when doing active research on the subject may have been
forgotten and needs to be rediscovered.. unfortunately I do not know at this
time when I will be able to find the needed time to put all this down.. Sorry.
