Crash on 2.5PRE7-CVS

I had a crash on a fairly loaded 2.5PRE7-CVS.

At the time it was serving about 180 reqs/second (it was not
overloaded, CPU was at about 85%), and it died with this error message.
At the time it had already successfully served more than 28M requests.

2002/05/29 11:46:13| assertion failed: comm.c:646: "F->flags.open"

Only recent config change had been setting the half_open_clients to off.
