How can I create a squid project at devel.squid-cache.org?

Hi, folks,

    I am done with an alpha release of my Duplicate
Storage Avoidance squid based on 2.4S6. The idea is to
index the cache with content-digest and so we won't
store two copies of the same thing if they have
different URLs.

    I would like to add this project to
devel.squid-cache.org. Probably to get a directory
like
http://devel.squid-cache.org/dsa/. How can I do that?

PS What is the tag of 2.4S6 in CVS? I only find a tag
called s_2.4. What is it? 2.4S7?
