on the one hand the new directive works,
on the other i now remember why i differed
between %w and %W case:

<A HREF="mailto:%w%W">%w</A>
would display only the email address on the page;
if the additional data is appended to %w
<A HREF="mailto:%w">%w</A> would also display
about 4 extra lines of the mailto link on the page...

i think any ERR file should be extended to
<A HREF="mailto:%w%W">
where in the .conf file the parsing of %W can
be enabled/disabled.

sounds good?
