Re: patch: infoemail for err pages

the feature is enabled by default,
if %W is set the error data will be added;
if disabled or %W is not set, nothing will be added.

the syntax for the ERR files is
<A HREF="mailto:%w%W">
(not included in the patch, better
done by search and replace)
