ERR files, gopher and cachmgr HTML Interface

contains
1)the wonderful, unified, HTML validated
  english ERR files.
  It just makes no sense to correct the other
  languages since every time one looks through
  them, again and again one finds stuff that
  should be corrected... presuming people take
  the english files as sample (as they should
  since changes are introduced here first)
  hopefully the other and new translated
  languages will take over the changes in the future.
  btw, the ERR_ESI file is still restricted to the esi branch.
2)mime.conf with .bz2 and .ico MIME types
  (i included 3 files that just differ in the used
  tabulator values; viewed using another tab value
  makes them pretty unreadable so i hope there is
  one among them that you can use.)
3)a patch for gopher.c (closing </P> tag not needed,
  verdana font used in <PRE> sections doesn't make
  content unreadable as in cachemgr.c or ftp.c for example)
  and cachemgr.c (just changed the link color to the
  common browser's default color: blue)
