would be cool to see these changes in stable2

(see email from sept 24th; changes:
 - also added linkcolors in body tag (cachemgr.c)
   so that it also works for old browsers that
   don't understand css,
 - didn't include mime.conf.default as a file,
   changes are in the patch)
