Noticed that autoconf on squid-cache.org now has been upgrade. bootstrap.sh
for Squid-2.5 has been adjusted to deal with the dual autoconf installation,
and been prepared for a dual automake installation.
The reinstallation of autoconf-2.13 installation is not 100% identical to the
old 2.13 installation. It seems the new installation has some minor patches
we did not use before, but nothing major. Because of this there will be a
rather large diff to STABLE2 with many null changes in configure..
